Warranty

are covered by the manufacturer's warranty under the following conditions:

1. WARRANTY CONDITIONS:
(valid from: March 28, 2019)

A. The warranty is valid in the territory of the country to which you placed the order;
B. The warranty is valid together with the purchase document;
C. The warranty is granted for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase;
D. The warranty applies to products;

apgo Hydrogel films;
apgo Hybrid glass;
apgo skins, stickers;
other apgo brand accessories;

2. SCOPE OF WARRANTY PROTECTION:

A. The warranty covers Apgo products whose function is to minimize the risk of scratches and damage
displays and housings of electronic devices. However, the manufacturer does not guarantee that electronic devices with
installed apgo products will not be destroyed or damaged.

B. The warranty covers manufacturing or material defects, these defects do not include easily removable foil residues in the cut
holes and cuts on the edges of the protective layers, which are normal consequences of production and do not reduce use values of the product.

C. The manufacturer ensures:
- compatibility of the product with the device for which it is intended;
- high product quality;
- product functionality;

D. The warranty does not cover defects and damage resulting from:
- normal wear and tear during operation, including: dirt, fingerprints, deformations, abrasions;
- mechanical damage (scratches, cracks) caused by external factors (including through the use of cases or cases);
- using the product product outside the temperature range of +5 to +45 degrees Celsius;
- exposure of the product to water, moisture, extremely high and low temperatures, and chemicals their fumes;
- subjecting the product to mechanical processing (e.g. making holes yourself or cutting);
- dismantling the product;
- improper installation of the product (inconsistent with the instructions);

3. WARRANTY PROCEDURE

A. If defects covered by the warranty occur within the period specified in this warranty statement, the manufacturer has the obligation to remove a defect or to deliver a product free from defects. If the product has already been repaired or replaced, the warranty holder may also demand a refund of the price. However, the beneficiary of the guarantee loses his rights under the warranty if it does not notify the manufacturer about the defect within 14 days from the date of its detection.

B. The manufacturer fulfills its warranty obligations within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product to the service center.

C. In the event of a warranty claim, the manufacturer recommends the following procedure:

- in the first phase, notification to the email address: shop@apgo.eu or the email address of the point of sale;
- in the second phase, after answer from producer, delivery of the product to the address provided in the response;
The cost of delivering the product is covered by the manufacturer or point of sale if the warranty claim turns out to be justified.

4. In matters not regulated by the above conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code applicable in Poland will apply.

5. The warranty does not exclude, limit or suspend the rights of the Buyer (the person entitled under the warranty) arising from
provisions on warranty for defects in sold goods.
